Installation
Installation of your PC Components are rather straight
forward but if ever need help, never fear as Silverstone
also provided a comprehensive guide sheet, with pictures and descriptions
from start to finish. However, the best part about this is definitely
the removable mobo tray which we all love. It's secured the the
case structure with 6 thumbscrews and once removed, you simply slide
the tray out from the rear of the case.
Stainless steel standoffs are provided for motherboard
installation and the stainless steel tray is reinforced with aluminium
brackets at both ends to further strengthen the tray since it's
so large. One thing I noticed was the height of the stand offs.
It's higher than most stand offs that I've seen and that actually
works out to an advantage. Since the mobo will be installed slightly
higher than usual, there will be a lot of space underneath to hide
your cables, be it the data cables or power cables as it's a good
1/2" inch gap between the mobo and tray.
VideoFusion
also provided the 3.5"
transfer bay, along with the Eudemon,
a 5.25" device designed to monitor your fans speed and also
display temperatures, amongst other things. Both devices shares
the same brush aluminium front with the case and definitely sits
well together. The Eudemon
has an LCD display with Blue backlight so you can quickly monitor
your fans and temps in your system. It also has a date, clock and
alarm function.
CD-ROMs and hard drives installation are pretty
standard fares as well and you should be able to do it in no time
at all. The last picture shows you just how schweet the drives and
devices look once installed in the case!
