Introduction Hey peeps, I'm back again, this time with a little "between mods" review for me. Today the case to grace us will be the Directron SF201-B aluminum case. It's a looker for sure from it's acrylic front cover and chromed front switches to it's gold fan grills and it's all black anodizing inside & out! Judging by the size and overall layout of the case, It appears this case is aimed directly at the Lian Li PC-61 market. But is the quality up to par with the ever-popular Lian Li? Well, let's take a closer look shall we? :o)
At first glance, pulling this case outta the box, it was a "wow, this is kinda neat" moment. I got the case up on the table to spin it around and get a better look at it. The finish was excellent. The snazzy front acrylic bezel is a unique feature. The gold fan grill on the side panel looks very classy to the black backdrop of the case itself. Directron states this case comes with a whopping six (6!) fans stock and they weren't kidding. They're everywhere! Just like the thumbscrews on this case...everywhere! The back of the case is littered with them, however there are two thumbscrews missing in the back. Those would be for the top panel. Why? Because it's rivoted on....bah! When will they all learn we wanna strip it down to a skeleton!? I mean how hard would it be to make it removable?....well?.....ANSWER ME$%!@$@#........*calms down*..ok,ok....I'm done.$#!@ Specifications
