Introduction:

Size does matter for some of us. That's why PC's and components come in all different sizes to try to suit the needs of the entire market. Electronics and cell phones are one area where small is "in". One look at the ultra-popular ipod and Razr's are proof enough of that. personal computers have also been taking a turn towards the smaller side. The Mac-Mini is another example of that.

However those items are for off the shelf buyers that have no concern with "building" anything themselves. What if you want to build a compact, yet robust, personal computer for your home or office? No problem. There is a plethora of new PC chassis` that have hit the market in the last couple years and we haven't seen anything yet!

Once in a while a component comes along that is truly unique. Today I have for you one such item where excellent design meets affordable practicality. It's the Aspire Q-Pack m-ATX desktop computer case. The one I have for you today is the 3-windowed black model, however it is also available in silver, blue, green, red , yellow, and also without windows in black and silver! Now that's a selection for everyone if you ask me!

Features:

  • Compact, portable and tasteful design
  • 3 x side see-through windows
  • Front 2 x USB2.0, 2 x Audio, 1 x Firewire
  • 1 x front LCD temperature readout
  • 1 x 120mm blue UV LED fan at rear
  • 5 x drive bays: 2*5.25" + 1*3.5" + 2*3.5"(int)
  • ATX 420W 12V power supply
  • Removable motherboard tray for easy installation
  • Sturdy aluminum constructed for best cooling
  • *Full Specifications on the Aspire Website here.

As you can see the Aspire Q-Pack chassis` have a very colorful box showing you every color and design in the Q-Pack lineup. So make sure you buy the right one the first time, or you'll be heftily reminded of your poor selection as soon as you get the box.
