Sleeve' Em Up!

Now this part of the job is entirely up to you. Personally, I like to have the sleeves right into the PSU housing to have a clean and factory look. Be warned though that removing that PSU cover of yours voids the warranty as most PSU manufacturers have some kind of warranty stickers pasted between the two parts of the PSU bodies.

Now you can either put the sleeves side by side with the cables and roughly gauge and cut the length you need. This is the easier way but I always ends up with a shorter sleeve as it expands once you put them onto the cables. So I would actually put the sleeve materials onto the cables itself right into the PSU body, pull them and the cable within tight so that I get the right length. Then I mark the sleeves with a marker at the point where I would cut them. Then I pull the sleeves back out and cut them. I do this with every cable and although it's more time consuming, it will ensure that you have just the right amount of sleevings on the cables.

Don't forget to tape up the metal pins before putting on the sleeve so that it doens't catch onto any of the sleeves when you're putting them on. This is what it'll look like when you have all the cables sleeved. To hold the sleeves in place, use the provided heatshrink tubings and put them over the sleeves' ends. Use a heatgun to shrink the tubes.

On the other ends of the sleeves, if you do it right, you'll get something like this. You can zip tie the ends so that it won't come off when you accidentally pull on the sleeves.

Change' Em Connectors

Now this PSU won't look good if you don't have matching connectors so it's time to throw out that 80s' type connectors and hook the PSU up with some schweet UV Green ones! It would've been awesome if they had UV Green SATA ones too but still, you can't complain of the look of the PSU now!

Conclusion

Sleeving is one of the oldest way to manage all the cables from your power supply and also any other cables you might have in your PC. Now with the sleeving materials is so many different sizes and also colours, not only will your cables be kept neat and tidy, you can also match them up to suit your case colour theme. With this AC Ryan MORF™ PSU Sleeving Kit, you not only get the sleeves but also matching PSU connectors and the necessary tools for you to sleeve your PSU. If you've got the time, skills and patience, then this kit is one of the best, if not the best one available right now.

Although this is AC Ryan's first foray into the sleeving kit market, they've managed to come up with an excellent kit with the MORF™. Generous amount of sleeving materials, pin removal tools and also matching connectors makes this a truly all-in-one sleeving kit. If you've been looking at sleeving up your cable mess in your PC, put the MORF™ kit at the top of your list. Big thanks to Mike at AC Ryan for supplying the review sample.
