Zalman Reserator ZM-RF1 140mm Fan Kit

Introduction:

Truly silent computers are becoming more and more prevalent with the releases of smaller die processors in all areas. With this new and ever needed trend, manufacturers have been capitalizing on this with lighter and more heat efficient cooling solutions. Zalman is no stranger to great cooling products. One of their great achievements is the Zalman Reserator liquid cooling kits.

It's a great thing when a product can be improved upon by adding small and easy to implement revisions of their products. This brings us to the nice modification being added to Zalman's stock Reserator or Reserator Plus 1 kits, the ZM-RF1 Fan Kit.

Zalman decided that devising ZM-RF1 for their Reserator was a good idea. Some places have ambient temperatures that are just too hot if you have a fan-less system. If the air around your fan-less water cooling reservoir system reaches temperatures around 36 Celsius, it won't do much good for keeping the system temperatures way down.

The Reserator Cooling Kit in its own right is a great product that does exactly what it was intended. It cools your processor and is capable of keeping your computer quiet and does so very efficiently without using any fans. Usually, the only noises you can hear are the components such as case fans or power supply fans.

The Zalman ZM-RF1 comes with the hardware necessary to mount it, which is ninety percent, itself. The package includes the Duct Assembly, FAN MATE 2 (Fan Speed Controller), Double-Sided Tape (for installing FAN MATE 2), Three(3) Clips (for Cable Fixing), and User’s Manual.
