OCZ DDR2 PC-6400 Special Ops Urban Elite

Introduction:

Computer users and especially enthusiasts love any product that is more unique and that can stand out among other products. It doesn't really matter what it might be as long as it can make a statement or perform more exceptionally than others. If it can fill both this key interests and expectations, you probably have a winning product.

Memory modules are no different. There has been a long time battle in developing and producing memory modules that can exceed specifications and expectations, not to mention really turn heads with lights, chrome, and heat sinks without any consumer modifications. This brings us to OCZ's DDR2 PC2-6400 Special Ops Urban Elite Memory modules.

Note: Let me apologize first off for setting the memory timings at lower memory timings than the specified memory timings of 4-4-3-15. During testing, I set the memory to lower, better timings of 4-4-3-12. The memory ran so good at 4-4-3-12, as you will see in the testing & benchmarking, that I didn't even notice it until I was completely finished with the entire review. Luckily there's no harm done since I'm testing at slightly tighter timings and not the other way around. The differences are negligible.
