Introduction:
While I'd like to be able to say something new about Lian Li that you may not
already know, the chances are you have drooled while reading many of their
reviews. Lian Li has been making computer cases for some of the most elite names
in the computer industry which Koolance who relies on their quality to
compliment their choice water cooling kits. And chances are that you have seen a
very nice Lian Li case at a Lan Party or computer store. The front bezel door is well manufactured and opens very cleanly and evenly. A nice silver line breaks up the black door adding a sleek appearance. The left and right vented bezel door edges are also silver further adding to its attractiveness. Even the feet compliment the case with a nice accent. Inside the door you'll find the front fan speed controller, power LED, and a door lock. The side panels are very clean and have even lines. Looking at the top of the case, you will find the USB, Sound, and 1394 ports are
tucked neatly away towards the front. Even the small flip door is well made.
There is a 12cm intake silent fan for blowing cooler air in through the top
right on to the processor and memory. There are two small semi-circular cut outs
right behind the top 12cm fan. Can you guess what those are for? If you were
thinking, water cooling, then you are correct. I hope there is a side panel
window upgrade that can be added to the
PC-A10. It would be a shame to hide a very cool water cooling kit inside. All the thumbscrews hold the side panels and trays in place. What trays you ask? Not only is the motherboard tray removable, but so is the power supply tray. After removing the thumb screws around the motherboard tray, it easily slides out which should make installation much easier. The same goes for the power supply tray. Removing 5 screws allows you to pull the tray out so you can easily install two power supplies.
