Introduction:
We've reviewed plenty of laptop desks here at VH. Why? Well because I'm an avid believer that most people use their laptops on their laps and not on a table top and that means you need protection from the heat and also comfort for your lap. Also, with laptops pretty much surpassing desktops in sales numbers now, it's no secret that there's millions of laptops in use and that means millions of laps that need a working space and protection. That also means millions of different laps and personal needs and creating the perfect laptop desk for the masses is easier said than done. Manufacturers of aftermarket accessories are racing their products to the market in hopes to stake a claim in this fast growing market. There's everything from thin and tiny pads to thick and bulky "pillows" out there. Which one is right for your laptop usage? Good question and one that only you can answer. Today I'll be looking at a new introduction to the lapdesk market from LapLogic.com. Actually two new models with one being regular sized and one being the super-sized model. They're called the new AeroGel Extreme and AeroGel Extreme - Wide laptop desks. With so much competition out there, let's see what sets these new units apart from the pack. What is AeroGel?
Specifications:
Packaging: The packaging was pretty simple with just plastic bags covering the two units I received. Below are some pictures also using a tape measure so you can get another idea of the size. << Back to VH FrontPage | A Closer Look >>
