Introduction:

    "Absolute Pow-ah!!!!"

When this next item for review first arrived, I walked around the house blurting out that phrase... for days. The wife thought I was having some kind of mental breakdown at first. When she finally realized I was talking about the Kingwin Absolute Power ABT-600CW Power Supply, she was relieved that I wasn't on some kind of power trip. At least not one that required admittance to the funny farm... yet.

Not that she can blame me for the outbursts. Kingwin's Absolute Power is one fab looking PSU. It was created to provide cutting-edge performance while retaining stability. The Absolute Power comes equipped with dual SATA and dual PCI Express connectors, a special cable management system, one 80 x 80mm front fan, and one 60 x 60mm rear fan, as well as an auto fan-speed sensor. It complies with Intel ATX/BTX standards, and supports both EPS & Intel 945/955 chipsets.

The killer parts of this PSU, though, are the triple transparent windows that allow you to see the inside of the unit while it's lit up with LEDs. Can you say, "I'm too sexy for your computer?" Of course, if it performs well, that would be a bonus, too. So, let's find out if this PSU is really all it's cracked up to be. "Absolute Pow-ah!!!!"
