What drew me to this product was the simplicity of it. The large microphone that sticks right out from the plug area really helps in keeping this simple. The large call answer/end button (or switching tracks just like the stock apple headphones) is easy to get too also.
This product has a great quality feel to it. The plugs fit nice and snug into their respective ports and the cable is good thickness for durability.

Installation doesn't get any easier than this, however your vehicle needs to have an auxiliary input port, or line-in. Many newer vehicles will have this feature, but probably not older vehicles. Once installed just fire up your phone, play some music and when a call comes in you can just hit the button to answer it and speak through the built-in microphone, all while hearing the person calling you through the vehicles speakers. And most importantly while keeping your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel.
Conclusion:
I was very impressed with the Griffin Technology Hands-Free Mic + AUX Cable. Answering calls on my iPhone 3GS was effortless and seamless during testing. Call quality was great as I could hear "them" and "they" could hear me just fine. Ending the call sent me right back to my music without a hiccup. This truly will revolutionize the way I use my phone while driving. It'll make me safer which will make you safer.
