Danger Den Torture Rack Case

Introduction:

Since my first encounter reading about water cooling, Danger Den has always been in every forum, comment, story, or system mod as the choice of extreme system users. Of course, this was long before Phase and TEC cooling was even a viable options. Countless enthusiasts have swore by any and everything Danger Den. Even the name, Danger Den, just seemed to inspire creative thought. There has always been something awe inspiring about what you could do with water cooling alone. But, coupled with some of Danger Den's best, there just seemed to be no end to the possibilities. If you had the cash on hand, you could spend days and days setting up the ultimate water cooling system.

Based out of Astoria, Oregon, Danger Den is well known for a few of the top performing water blocks and radiators. Their CPU coolers are among the top performers based on reputation and endless recommendations. Among them are the Maze4, TDX, and RDX CPU cooling blocks. What really stood out among many other cooling blocks was the implemented Lucite block fabrication which can withstand years of use. Other than the copper base, the tops have been made of Lucite so you can see the internal design and machining of the cooling blocks. This adds an excellent look to already well made block.

Aside from the very cool blocks, radiators, and components, Danger Den also realized that they needed some kind of enclosure or case that would provide a better presentation. Since, most water cooling users like to show off their systems, it seemed only fit to create a clear, acrylic line of enclosures would be developed that had an original look over the contemporary square tower cases. Among their current cases are the Water Box, Water Box Plus, Danger Den Air Box, and Torture Rack. Being that I love a good, useful computer case, Danger Den has been gracious in sending VH the Torture Rack to better show you some of its great benefits and features.
