ASUS Striker Extreme NVIDIA 680i-SLI Motherboard

Introduction:

Today I have for you the new ASUS Striker Extreme motherboard. It's based off the newest NVIDIA 680i SLI enthusiast chipset and features just about everything you could want in a chipset, and also on a high end motherboard. The Striker Extreme is currently ASUS` most feature rich (and expensive) desktop motherboard geared for the gaming and enthusiast crowd that absolutely wants and has to have all the bells and whistles!

I've recently reviewed two other great ASUS motherboards and I'm expecting good things from the Striker Extreme. Especially considering it's retailing for around $400! That's right, $400 for a desktop motherboard! It better be good right? Let's take a closer look.

Features:

- Intel® Quad-core CPU Ready
- Intel® Core™2 Extreme / Core™2 Duo Ready

- Extreme Tweaker
