Now that she's all built up and ready to run, it's time to take a tour through the BIOS screens of the ASUS P5B Deluxe. Here's some of the more important screens in somewhat of an order...

System Summary

As you can see here, the ASUS P5B Deluxe has all the necessary features and settings you'd want in a overclocking platform. I'm also using the newest 507 BIOS (download here)dated 8/10/06 (you can see BIOS version in cpu-z screens below). For those of you curious, the new 507 BIOS only gives me 6x,7x, and 8x for CPU clock multipliers on my E6400. 8x is stock.

It took me a little while to get familiar with the new BIOS, mostly because we're talking Intel this time around for me and I was very hooked on my M2N32-SLI's BIOS. Once I got familiar with it though, it was clear sailing. It's a very thorough BIOS with any option you could want.

System Information:

Here's some information on the motherboard, stock E6400 CPU, and SuperTalent PC2-6400 memory using one of my favorite programs; CPU-z. I always include these now so you can see exactly what I'm using including BIOS versions, etc as a base platform.
