Specifications:
Ultimate DirectX 10 Gaming Enjoyment with Cutting Edge EN9800GTX
Packaging: Well, there's no arguing that the graphics card is shipped well protected. ASUS continues to ship their graphics cards in a rather large product box which comes in an equally large shipping box. I'm pretty sure that the box could fall from a ten foot tall shelf and survive with just a jolt and a bent corner. The product box comes without any extreme fanatical graphics featuring a lone young lady who looks like she's prepared to kick someone's butt, gently.
Inside the box, you'll find a DVI adapter, D-Sub adapter, S-Video cable, and a couple CDs with only the drivers and software supported by the card's features. What? No game? Pardon me while I grumble, but at about the $350 level, it would seem fitting if the card was accompanied by a game worthy of it's abilities. It's like buying a Lancer Evo and leaving off the racing tires. We want to fly!
