Introduction: When someone asks what's the latest chipsets? You hear two or three answers referring to the Intel 965X or 975X, and NVidia 680i. As of right now, there are more of the Intel based motherboards than the NVidia on the market. That is changing pretty quickly as various release issues have been vanishing with new BIOS updates. Each platform has had its hurdles, especially when it comes to the built in features. If you ask the question as to which performer is best, you can just about expect a flurry of supporters and disapprovers. But, what you can't ignore the fact that each side of the field has had some great success whether features, support, overclocking, or performance that practically drowns out the minor discrepancies. The truth is pretty simple when you get right down to it. There hasn't really been a straight out of the gate winner, but each of the flagships have come pretty darn close. While all this goes on and on, there are plenty of users who are looking for something comparable, yet simple and easy to use that takes the best bang for buck features that include a rock stable platform for their next upgrade. This sounds like a pretty nice thing, especially if your current platform doesn't have any of these features. The ABIT Fatality FP-IN9 SLI Motherboard is one such board aimed at users who want something better than the plain motherboards. The FP-IN9 650-SLI is different than what you might be use to seeing among the many other upgrade options on the market. Specifications and Features:
