Let's begin with the hobby box itself. You will need to mark out the position for the spring clip connectors on the side of the box. You could easily use a pencil and mark the positions out. Do this on both sides of the box.

Using the hand drill, drill the required holes, making sure not to apply too much force as this could cause the box to break. Once the holes are drilled, check to ensure that the clip connectors could pass through it with no difficulties. Then drill the holes for the screws for attaching the clips securely to the box.

This shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to complete. You should obtain something similar to this.
