Zotac: Zotac is a company that I've yet to personally work with but I think that will change pretty soon. I stopped by their booth and talked to my buddy Tuan about their products. I must say that I walked away impressed with the level and quality of their products. I will be looking to work with them real soon.
Zalman: Zalman's booth was very busy with the presentation of their new 3D monitors. Their was lots of testing going on with their newest FPS mouse which we already reviewed here. Other than the mouse and monitors, there wasn't too much else going on besides a new case or two coming soon. Thermalright: Thermalright was on hand to showcase some new products coming soon. In the cooling community, I think Thermalright ranks up there neck and neck with Noctua for the air cooling and passive cooling crowns. Judging by their showing at Computex, they're not laying off anyone in the engineering department. Zogis: Zogis is another one of the few companies I haven't seemed to work with yet. Once again, I'll be looking to change that soon! They look to have some nice graphics cards on display. DFI: DFI has been very quiet over the past couple years ever since they took the overclocking crown from just about every other maker out there. They built a massive following in a very short time and then seemed to fall off the face of the earth. I spoke to DFI personally for quite some time at Computex and I'm happy to say they are on the return path of greatness. They showed off some sexy new boards, the high end boards even having custom thermalright passive cooling onboard!
Conclusion: Well guys, that's all I got from my very limited time at Computex 2008. I hope you guys enjoyed this look at one of, if not the largest technology show on the planet! I'd also like to send a big thank you to all the great people I met along the way and also to Kingston technology for sponsoring the fast SD Cards and HyperX Flash drives used during my trip. Thanks!
