Recently I've been taking the time to reacquaint myself with the sponsors. Everyone is life is so busy and we seem to lose touch so fast today. Jeffrey T. Mariotti 2) How long have you been selling this product/service? 3DCOOL.COM has been providing these services since April 1999. 3) Explain to me the average day at your store. Hectic yet organized/managed chaos! All kidding aside, we do everything from on-line technical support to order taking (live and on-line) to shipping to dealing with various customers and suppliers on a global basis. 4) What do you think the biggest seller is? SilenX and Thermalright products 5) What is your busiest time of year? We are busy ALL the time. The holiday seasons and new releases of computer gear/games tend to show spikes in our business. 6) How many employees do you have? As we are a family owned business, we are all involved in the daily activities. 7) How do you stay on top of your products, prices, and availabity in such a volatile market? We pride ourselves on being connected. We test all the latest computer technology to ensure that we understand the ramifications on our end users (overclockers, gamers, pc enthusiasts, brick and mortar retailers, etc.). Additionally, we are continuously globally sourcing new and innovative leading edge technologies to keep 3DCOOL.COM at the forefront of our industry. We are contacted by product developers, and VARs alike, to have us test their latest products to sell through our channels. 8) What was the very first product you sold using your current business name? Sunon case fans and super duper slot fans, still a mainstay of our business today. 9) How have you spread the word of your company into the market? Reviews? Advertising? We employ numerous strategies including: forums, banner ads, sending products for reviews, sponsoring LAN parties, numerous links, lectures, technical articles, etc. 10) Do you use search engines? If so, which one? We mainly use Google and Yahoo! 11) What tactics, that you can talk about publicly, are you planning to use in the future to assure your companies growth in the marketplace? At a high level, 3DCOOL.COM is aware and connected with the computing industry to understand product roadmaps and how this technology is continuously pushing for change. We then align our product offerings to these roadmaps ensuring our position as a leader in this marketplace. 12) Please state the specs of your own personal computer, either home of office. Home:

13) Are you a gamer? if so, PC, Xbox, PS2, or Gamecube? Die-Hard Gamer - own all systems and more, always getting the latest releases 14) What is your current favorite game? PC (Half-Life 2, Chronicles of Riddick etc...) XBOX (Star Wars: Sith Lords, Fable, Ghost Recon 2 etc...) PS2 (Champions of Norrath, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater etc...) GameCube (Metroid: Prime, Metroid 2: Echoes, Baten Kaitos, etc...) 15) What's your all-time favorite game? That is a very tough question as we love pretty much all different types of games on different types of systems. I actually do not know. 16) Favorite color? Blue!! 17) Favorite Food? Chicken, Tuna, Pizza, Hamburgers, Salad, Pasta etc... 18) What kind of car/truck do you currently drive? How about your "dream" car/truck? Honda Civic which is used for the business. My dream car would be the 1958 Corvette. 19) Sitting back looking at your companies growth and path, is there anything you would change about it so far? If so, what might that be? No not really! We as a team have brainstormed on our strategy and we have documented it fully! You should see some of the stuff we are planning on doing!! Pretty cool!
